Over 5,000 new private residential units set to be launched in H1 2023
In the initial half of 2023, there are plans to introduce at least 10 private residential projects that offer more than 5,000 housing units. Among them, five projects are anticipated to be released in the first quarter. These five projects are expected to provide roughly 1,800 units, which is approximately 40% of the number of units launched from January to November 2022, excluding executive condos, as per Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) records, where developers launched 4,592 new units.
