New private home sales in S'pore hit 4-year high for March as buyers flocked to high-end condos
In March, developers sold 1,296 units, partly due to a recovering economy. However, Covid-19 restrictions on construction workers have resulted in increased construction costs. Buyers were eager to make purchases in light of Singapore’s political stability. Amber Park was among the top four best-selling projects in March.
